No, rewards are not eligible for past purchases. For example, if you earned a reward of $5 off, you can not use that reward on a previous order.

Points can not be transferred between members. Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward is yours to use however you want. You can use it yourself, or give it away. Please note any coupons earned through rewards are one-time-use only.

Points and rewards do not have an expiration date. However, if your reward is for a specific (free or discounted) product, the product itself may sell out or be discontinued, so we encourage users to use their rewards immediately. Point refunds will NOT be given for unused coupons for sold-out or discontinued items.

Points may be converted into rewards in the form of a coupon. To convert your points into rewards, please visit your My Rewards (https://www.oboeduck.com/account/my-rewards)page and click the button next to the reward you want. Rewards are subject to change without notice.

Points are non-refundable once you have redeemed them for a reward.
