General Shipping Information: Shipping (US-only) is based on the weight of your package. Your rate will be automatically displayed at checkout. You will receive a tracking number with ALL orders. We ship via the cheapest USPS option (this is usually First Class Package or Parcel Select) to give you the most savings.
Upgrading Shipping: To give you the most savings, we use the cheapest USPS option to ship our packages. If you prefer, you can request an upgrade in your shipping by emailing info@oboeduck.com after you place the order with your order number. You will be sent an online invoice for the price difference. This invoice must be paid before your package can be sent out.

Timeline: Please note regarding orders containing fully finished reeds, upgrading the shipping method only decreases the time in transit (after it leaves our shop), not the time it takes to make the reed(s). All reeds are handmade & made-to-order in the order it was received on our waitlist. To skip the waitlist, please choose the "priority" or "emergency" option on the product before adding the reeds to your cart. All other items including reed blanks, cane, and other accessories do not have a waitlist and they will usually be shipped out the next business day.
Package Details: We ship all our items in padded sturdy cardboard boxes, and in addition, we ship our reeds in sturdy acrylic reed coffins with a tamper-evident seal that prevents the coffins from opening and damaging delicate tips. They are padded with foam and packed in triple-walled cardboard shipping boxes that can hold up to 200 lbs.
International Shipping: Due to complaints of late and/or lost packages due to international mail carriers, we stopped offering international shipping. However, if you wish to ship to an international location outside of the US (including Canada), we can accommodate you on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@oboeduck.com if you're interested in placing an order internationally.
