This is gouged and shaped cane usable for oboe d'amore. Our default diameter preference 10.75-11mm, but if you would like something else, please write your preferred diameter in the notes section when checking out.
 
Each piece is checked to have good cane qualities and an even gouge. They are carefully shaped to create great, tight-sealing blanks. We use the Gilbert 2 shape and tie on at 52-53mm. These stay up to pitch, and feel just like oboe reeds when you play!
