These shaping razorblades are our preferred go-to for shaping cane. Although they are not sharp enough to be used for clipping almost-finished reeds (you should use GEM razorblades for that), these are perfect for shaping - they are sharp, flexible, and thick enough to put a fair amount of pressure on the shaper tip. They will not chip off as easily as some other brands.
